Creative House is the culmination of a wide variety of skills, styles, knowledge, and of course creativity! All of which have been seamlessly combined under one roof. Creative House is a family business comprising primarily of the mother-daughter (in-law) team Rynette and Kate Brand. The duo first worked together on Kate’s wedding, almost two years ago, and they have never looked back.

Rynette has over 25 years experience in the hair, beauty and fashion world. She has a passion for all things beautiful and derives great joy and satisfaction from creating picture perfect events for all her clients. Her creativity and enthusiasm for what she does is never ending and infectious. Her willingness to push the limits and go out of her way to ensure perfection in all aspects of everything she does ensures that you will always have piece of mind and your expectations exceeded.

Kate studied marketing and advertising in Cape Town, after which she pursued her true love for design through photography and fashion studies. After showing some of her work at Cape Town Fashion week she ventured into the local fashion industry doing garment merchandising and design for many well-known South African brands such as YDE, UZZI, Urban and Desray. She then took two years to travel and work in the USA, South America and the Caribbean before returning home and joining the family business. Kate is now able to combine all of her passions and experience into the designing of unique events, be it your wedding, your birthday or your anniversary. She invests herself in each client’s project as if it were here own, while still prioritizing their unique style, and desires to ensure their perfect occasion.
